It took me 20 mins to submit the pictures of my uhaul because of lightning issues. That experience was awful. The drop off process online for pics needs to be looked at. I should be able to submit the pictures i took the first time. Very unpleasant experience.
DIANDRA CRemove More then Vacuums from your certified Uhaul renters. They are thieves. Charged me for services I knew nothing about, never had me sign anything. Didn't provide me the items I rented and didn't remove said items. If it wasn't for me looking at my receipt I never would have known. Not to mention their location is sketchy and I was even told by them that it's not a safe area.

KENEDY GAt least the boy was nicer and they had trucks available. But they need more cleaning. I had to clean it a little before delivering it because I wanted to avoid any problems. But it was quite dirty.
