The Uhaul App wasn't working properly and that was very frustrating, i.e. uploading photos didn't work at all. Returning the equipment early, the same problem existed, i.e. the App would not let me upload the photos! So frustrating trying to get the App to work properly. I uploaded each photo 7-times and the App want let me upload any of them. The last time I tried to upload the photos the App blocked me from accessing my account! It's so frustrating working with Uhaul App. Perhaps I will rent from a different company the next time because of Uhaul inferior App.

ROBERT DThe pick-up location was a little different to find as it was not communicated that it is actually inside of a thrift store rather than a typically uHaul location. I was initially concerned due to the appearance but the principal person was very friendly and competent. The truck was super clean and everything went very well.
