How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe check-in process was a nightmare. The system would not accept the pictures when I took them. I had to take the picture, then go back, make sure they were there, and then go forward and do it again for every single picture. This was only after I had taken multiple pictures of each side of the truck. I probably spent close to 30 minutes just trying to get the truck.
