Dropped truck in over crowded lot. No personnel available at 8:45 on a Tuesday morning. Uhaul had changed our drop off location mid-trip. We had selected a Denver location and was changed to Aurora. Terrible service Uhaul.

I cannot always get internet access at U Haul locations and some locations are nasty about me not doing my own check out, not this location. It is great to be treated like a good customer and not a loser for not getting internet access at the other location. I might be renting a U haul more frequently with this better service. I stopped renting for some time as of how other locations treated me.
