Arrived at location then received a call to tell me my truck was not available since it was not returned. Had to accept a smaller vehicle.

ONDREA SThe lockbox was located on the far side of the building from where the truck was parked. It would be helpful to give the customer specific details for where to obtain the key and where to look for the assigned truck.
