employees took 55 minutes to get me going. couldn't find the key. they didnt hsve anything ready. i asked the guy i assume was the manager to expedite my rental, he said i can just close the window, meaning he would not rent the equipment to me. i explained i had paid help waiting to load the truck, he shrugged and walked over to the other window to serve gas station cust. i adked if he really wanted to earn my money, he claimed he doesn't make any money on uhauls, he just offers a service. then i find he started the session to report equipt condition and my session was expired.
Dale Mthe man at the gas station did not know what he was doing and it took an hour and a half to get him to take the keys.
Colleen MHad to re-submit rental/contact/payment information to obtain rental. Location was not the desired pickup, no reason given as to why pickup location was moved. Did not include the dolly for which I paid for.
Sean GLocation is difficult to get to and maneuver to park (police vehicle and traffic and poor lighting). Changing to this drop location was completely inconvenient and unfamiliar. Downtown is sketchy. The fact the drop location was changed on the fly was completely unsatisfactory. Zero stars. I paid for this rental truck service- Not for YOUR convenience but for MINE. This change should have been compensated for.
