I was told that since I put more gas in it than when I picked it up, that the "extra fees" would be waived. I picked up the uhaul, drove to my old house, drove to my new house, and drove it to the uhaul hub, no extra driving, why did I get charged extra? Oh yeah it's because they don't tell you that they don't include the drive from the pickup location or the drive to the drop off location. It is actively theft by deception. Uhaul has lost a customer
