Improve access for all vehicles to park safely off the road, not blocking the gateway.

1. Let tbe customer see the amount of gas before he / she signs for it. 2. Make inspection of the vehicles manditory for ALL workers. 3. Promote honesty.

Staff were prompt and friendly. Truck was priced right, clean and ran well. Would use this facility again for sure.

I was given the wrong information at time of booking. I was told I would get one month free rental if I also booked a truck. I switched to a smaller truck and wasn't told the free month would no longer apply. I should have had this explained to me. Booking is done through a call centre in Tennesee. It's obvious they don't care about the customer - just the booking. Called to speak to manager at uhaul location - still haven't gotten a call back. I suppose it's not a surprize getting this type of bad service from a storage facility.....nonetheless - I would never use them again! Nor would I recommend either. No surprize that there are still lots of units available, whereas other local facilities are all booked up. In the end - I am paying the same, but with horrible service. Also told the lock was free. I was going to be charged, but I argued that as well.

The lady working was curt and seemed to be in a bad mood. Not very helpful. I didn’t receive my online ordered item in the mail from two weeks ago and all she could tell me is that she can’t help. The truck had a big sign in the window and didn’t seem prepared for my day of order.

I rented at 5x9' open trailer. It towed very poorly when empty, there just isn't enough weight on the tongue so it bounced the hitch up and down a lot and shook my SUV around much more than it should (I have towed a lot of small trailers and know what is normal - this wasn't). It was better when loaded but still not great. The trailer lights were semi-functional, one side was very dim but probably legal. And the trailer tailgate was jammed closed when I picked it up; the U-Haul tech wasn't able to get it open when I asked. I needed a trailer so took it anyway, and I managed to pry the tailgate open later, but overall the trailer just wasn't in very good condition. It'll make me reconsider renting trailers in the future. Otherwise service was quick and people friendly so that prevented this from being a bad experience. Though I don't like having to weave between storage units while towing an unfamiliar trailer for pickup/drop-off.

I received the truck with less than a half tank, it was just above a quarter. I brought it back with just under a quarter. I was charged $92 plus $30. I find that very expensive. I put in $25 Saturday night and it brought me just over a quarter tank. Si I don't think it cost $92 to bring back to half a tank. When it was just under a half tank. I would like to get some kind of a credit back on my card.

When I returned the truck there was no one in the office other than another couple returning their truck. Within a minute this guy comes in and sits at a computer and starts mouse clicking, never saying a word to anyone. After another two mins the service guy who signed me out on the truck came in and served the other couple first as was their right since they were there before me. While this other guy still sat there looking at a screen and looking at Facebook for all I know. The point is, if you are not there to help customers, it doesn't hurt to inform them the service guy will be in shortly to help everyone. I don't know if this fella only does the storage lockers at this location or what he does, but it comes off as very poor service to ignore three customers on the other side of the desk who don't know why he's there. Otherwise a good experience with your truck

It's minor, but since this _is_ Canada and SI (metric) units are our legal unit of business your Canadian division should be doing business in SI units and the speedometers and odometers should be in kilometres/hour and kilometres.

I had never rented a vehicle before. The young man walked me through the who, e process and was very friendly and helpful. He has great client service and people skills. I would absolutely recommend this location.

The vehicle was clean and warming when I arrived, that was great. I drove the vehicle for the day and it was very sluggish in acceleration but got the job done. The shock was the terrible gas mileage, I drove 75.5 miles and in Canada the equates to about 125 kms and it cost me 50 Canadian $$ Quick math tells me .40 cents a km... 1.6 kms/ mile = $.65 per mile.. That seems really expensive.... Add that to .69 cents per mile rental.. I will need to find another service for truck rental in the future.

Ran out of windshield washer fluid in the middle of a snowstorm the reservoir was quarter full when I took the van. Tires must have been either bald winters or all seasons the van was sloppy in slush and dangerous at highway speeds. The rear door of the van must have been previously damaged and is bent outwards which created a gap and some of my boxes where stained with salt and water as it seeped into the van Also call centre gave me incorrect quotes and had a mix up at the location I reserved my van at and those kinds of pricing mix ups REALLY piss me off don’t fuck with my money Otherwise the price is very competitive. Had all the above been good I would give it 5 stars

Poor customer service. I was definitely not a priority. I was told he would be a few minutes as he was doing a report all the while answering a phone call and checking text message. I was told 3 times he would be a few minutes. I felt like I was a bother. When I returned the truck again I was the only customer and asked to wait as he pounded away on his keyboard. He then said he would email the receipt. I left but came back as I was not comfortable with him not confirming I filled the tank and check the mileage. I didnt want to leave with my receipt. Instead of doing the ck and getting me going, I had to wait while he took the truck around the facility and parked it on the other side. I must be blunt that i had a poor customer experience on pick up and drop off

We happened to get a truck from the U.S. up here in Ontario, Canada, which is not unusual, but a heads up would be nice so the driver knows when they're looking at the gauges that they're not in metric but imperial, especially the speedometer that's reading in miles per hour, not kilometres an hour. I myself realised it pretty quickly, but I would say MANY people would not, which of course could lead to a speeding ticket right away, particularly at the lower speeds such as within city limits. There are lots of stickers in the vehicle to notify the driver of many things, but not this.Of course it should just be a temporary sticker of some sort so that when the vehicle returns to the U.S. it can be easily removed. I know that this is an american company, but the overwhelming majority of the rest of the world does use the metric system.

Take better notice of the fuel level of the vehicle that is given to a customer. We were told the vehicle was 1/4 full, which was a mistake. You caught the mistake, and alerted us, but then you said the tank was 3/4 full. It was near 3/4. but actually less than 3/4. This is a minor beef, but it does seem a bit sloppy. Otherwise I had no issues and the staff were friendly and efficient.
