The lady working on the Friday pick up day has no customer service skills. She was not at all friendly. The weekend young man is always happy and friendly. The van was very dirty inside. Dirt and debris on the floor, smelled like wet dog, dog hair on the seats so we had to put towels on them so we wouldn’t be covered in it. The windows were so dirty that we couldn’t see out of them when it got dark. The dash board, cup holders and inside of doors had drink spills all over. My husband and I have rented numerous times from this location and it’s the first time we got a vehicle in this condition. Very disappointed with this rental.

Trailer could probably do with some grease and/or bolt tightening ... very squeaky when driving, especially noticeable and embarrassing when driving through small towns. Staff was great ... very friendly and helpful.

The sales representative were very professional and friendly. But head office customer service gave me a very bad experience with u-haul if it wasn't for the to men at the aroura location i would have never rented from uhaul again.

Truck was shaky and rubber around front window falling off and hitting windshield as we drove. Worst truck we’ve ever rented.
