Have the equipment that was ordered. I paid 12.00 for a two wheel dolly and did not get one, also got a dirty truck with disgusting used blankets and trash, super gross cab and an extra hour of dinking around just to try and register pictures. Explain upfront if a location is not maned and has next to zero cell service for the app. It was almost as though you didn’t want pictures uploaded so you could blame the next person for damage.

It is vey difficult to check in and out at the location due to bad cell service. It is necessary to stand close to the restaurant to get any cell service. The whole process then takes a significant amount of time due to not being able to properly communicate with the U-Haul app.

John NLock box very problematic. If (bar) wouldn’t have been open (to assist), I may have been unable to get keys and use the van. Warning indicator “On” the entire trip. Windshield had layer of dust and many bugs - not clean. U-Haul App was TERRIBLE. Kept locking up and I had to start over.
Paul LThe location manager was great!! Dealing with corporate U-Haul was terrible. Both women were very rude and unprofessional over the phone. Because of this I will never use U-Haul again and I posted on US Army Online about how I was treated.
