Showed to location on time and ready for pick up. Our designated truck was blocked by a larger truck with no way to exit. Also our designated truck did not have the two requested dolly’s in the truck ready to leave. We were able to get in to another truck onsite but no dolly. We happened to see a dolly left outside next to another truck across the way so we grabbed it. Mind you it was pouring rain at this point in Austin. Finally was able to leave pick up location an hour in. Also had to connect with 3-4 agents for resolution. U-Haul app did not work well at all and was unable to do pickup walkthrough as usual so there is that. Upon return on drop off we had multiple issues with the app and photos weren’t processing so continually had to retake photos. Additionally, the lot at which the U-Haul was picked up from was muddy and not well maintained. When doing a walk around and taking pictures there was a small medal gauged wire object stabbed through my shoe and punctured my skin. Luckily it was superficial but the site was not ideal. All in this was the worst experience my wife and I have ever had with U-Haul.

Cabin smelled awful like smoke or an ash tray. Staff were yelling at each other, swearing and acting completely unprofessional. Will 100% avoid this location next time.
