Computer system was down and could not get the truck I needed at the time I was expecting. Charged cleaning fee due to dirt on the floor.

DIANE GThe van was filthy. I had to sweep it out before I could use it. All windows were grimy & I couldn’t see out of them well, so I had to clean them before I could drive any distance. All of this took time out of my rental time. When I brought these issues up to the UHaul staff when I dropped off the van off, I was told that the van was delivered to them in that condition! No apologies!
