The staff is incredibly rude and just a bad attitude overall. You can tell non of them like their job and don’t give a shit about the customers at all. The equipment I had led to getting 2 flat tires on a single trip. I can understand getting one, things get overlooked no problem but two shows clear neglect on the people inspecting the equipment. No one cares about the safety or customers who are keeping you in business. This delayed my trip by a full day. Also picking up the truck took over an hour. The location I selected was actually closed and my reservation was set for an in person pick up. Luckily there was a person working at the auto shop attached to the U-Haul pick up and he took time to help me. No I’m on the phone was able to “convert” my in person pick up to a mobile on. I just kept getting an error message saying it couldn’t be done. I called 3 separate times prior to pick up to confirm my reservation and NONE of this was addressed or fixed or anyone to let me know something needed to be changed. Absolute amateurs with bad attitudes you guys have working for you and because of ALL of these little delays I had to pay movers and extra hour at $150/hr and get a hotel for an extra night at $100/ night and keep the U-Haul for sn extra day. My time is worth a lot more than $150/hr and you guys seem to care less about anything for your customers except f u pay me. I will never again use U-Haul services by far the worst moving experience I’ve had.
