Maybe a ticket system in case a bunch of ppl come in the store at once, some want to shop around first while others are on a time crunch allowing the staff to better prioritize the customers according to their schedule/time constraints, I personally was helped in a very quick manner but can see in the future this helping to avoid any potential waiting for future customers

U-haul is a scam. To advertise a rental fee of $19.95 and walk out with a bill of $75+ after using the truck for two hours and 9 miles is ridiculous. Won't use again and won't recommend anyone else does, either.

Nothing -staff was friendly and efficient!

This location charged me for my storage unit even tho i did a one way drop off. I have attempted to get in contact 4 times and the manager has yet to call me back to refund me my money. I am not pleased with the Austin location.

I dropped off after-hours so I didn't get to meet the staff here.

That was the most outstanding, excellent experience I've ever had with a retail operation, not to mention truck or UHaul specific rental. I will look for an occasion to use them again. Seriously. Thank you!!!

Allow in town customers to return rentals to other stores.
CAITLIN H. on
The cost was outrageous. Used it for 2 hours and paid $105.

Allow customer to return to convenient location. UHaul dictated a location 20 miles south with several closer locations that I pasted going there. This was not cool. I 35 north was backed up 10 miles at 10 PM. I am not happy about this return experience!

Very unorganized! I went inside the building four times because they kept telling me I was good to go then yelling at me to sign paperwork. The lady behind the counter was very rude and staited "I hate when the guys from the back try to help out. They always get everything so screwed up." I was very late moving after I finally was given permission to leave by this lady. She was adimet I sign some form and then just told me to go ahead and go because she couldn't find it. I was told there would 5 drop of locations in Lufkin. Only one drop off location and it was 35mins away from my house instead of 2mins away location that I had planned for.

The truck worked well and the location and staff were great. I had the truck for about 5 hours and drove 106 miles. The gas and fees exceeded $185.00. I consider that a little expensive. My experience with U-Haul has always been great, but I will at least explore other options in the future

We rented for 24 hrs but on the way to our new home we noticed the inside tire was flat and in the hard rain we didn't feel safe pulling over to change it, so we kept going and returned home. We called Uhaul around 3pm for assist. (Uhaul called back at 9:30 pm that night??) Uhaul truck was returned by us the next morning, as it was useless to us, for our needs. We were charged FULL price. No we are not happy.

When the truck would go uphill, the ac would go out. The trailer was not looked over before leaving lot. The trailer brake light was out and the tires were in poor condition. Constantly had to check on the tires.
