The service was wonderful, very prompt in taking care of us. The inside of the truck really could have used a good wipe down. When I got to my house I went and grabbed a wash cloth to wipe the steering wheel and it was pretty dirty. I would like for U Haul to consider giving a military discount. They serve our country and it's a small way to show appreciation.

Very quick service upon pick up and return of the vehicle. Excellent customer service. It has always been a pleasure to rent from this location and I will always go back there when I need the services again. Thanks as always!!

The person Michael who had assisted me was great. He was very courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. He had no problem helping me switch out my towing ball to another size. People like him, make me want to have return business. Thanks!

Driving area was clean but the storage area leaked and there was puddles of water. Charged for 2 days but was able to get that fixed only by inquiry. Customer service was very poor.

Reservation was not fulfilled correctly. Location was closed when I went to pick up the truck. Had to just walk into another location just to get a truck. Had requested a drop off in San Antonio. Was charged $181 extra for dropping on a location that was previously reserved. Worst experience ever !

Wouldn't change a thing

Gas was at 3/8....would be nice to check out at Full. AC didnt work - had to drive over 300 miles with no AC. In this part of the US, all trucks should have AC checked regularly.

You should and have a full staff at opening on Saturday the busiest day of the week for uhaul. It was frustrating wait in line for 27 minutes! This must be addressed and remedied immediately! Others were just as frustrated because only one person was at the screen. Unacceptable!!!!!

The only improvement I could recommend is a military discount for us veterans. :-)

Fix your website. There were a myriad of error popups. I'd suggest a smaller permanent Condel based scrum team to do the following: 1. Create a new website from scratch. 2. Migrate existing accounts 3. Beta test with a soft launch. 4. A/b test 5. Profit (and keep the team to 'own' the website). Otherwise, contract with a dev shop so they can maintain the team, and just keep that same shop under contract.

Everything was great, thanks
