Literally an amazing STAFF here! Had an emergency right before they closed and I needed a tow Dolly, I probably walked in at 6:59:59 PM and they were still so welcoming and got me taken care of in under 10 min. Poor customer service. Employee said gas tank was full it was not quite full, got charged. Also got charged a second full day because it wasn't returned on time even though it took 45 mins to get the truck. I declined the coverage and they slipped it in the contract. I was charged for a furniture dolly. None were available at the time of my truck pickup. I am still waiting for that charge to be reimbursed. The APP seemed like a very convenient method to reserve, pick up, and return the truck. But...after trying for 30 minutes to get confirmation to pick up the truck I changed my mind. When I turned in the truck, no one would finish my business--just took keys and said I'd get an email. then charged an extra day on my credit card--74.80. After spending and hour on phone trying to speak to customer service (disconnected twice), I got Kevin who was very helpful and straightened it out. The truck was rented on 5/3 and returned 5/4. I'm a huge fan of Uhaul and we have used you guys many many times over the years. We've always had wonderful service until this one time. The van disappeared in front of our house and we've been charged $600. When trying to understand what happened, the Branch Manager, Tristan, was particularly rude, I had to stop the conversation as he became more aggressive and offensive. I've made a formal complaint to head office and I am awaiting a response. I hope to continue using Uhaul once this matter has been resolved. I would recommend all your other local locations, especially the Ben White office. But this location, with its unmasked, unhelpful team, must be running scams on its customers with all these bully tactics. I've never been spoked to by a manager in such away. If one of my employees behaved in such a way, I would want to know. To protect your name and brand, I really hope you investigate him, and his team.Michael C.

When I got to the location, one of the team members treated me so rudely and did not even try to help. He was not an example of customer service. He should not be there if he is going to treat customers so horrible. I had a reservation and it got cancelled. He rudely informed me that Uhaul can cancel reservations whenever they like without notifying the customer. He would not let me rent a vehicle because he stated they have no vehicles left to rent. I had to make another reservation and this time when I was climbing into the cargo van he started barking at me to scare me while he and his coworker started laughing. If I didn't need that cargo van, I would have just left and gone somewhere else. I will not recommend anyone there and will never go there again. I will never recommend a place where you are treated so horrible.SHELLY C.

When we went to pick up the flatbed trailer I had completed the online check in to save time, as we were pressed for time. When we arrived the stores computer system was down. It happens. We were patient as it took them a long time to try to help other customers. When it was our turn, I had to redo the check in. I was charged multiple times because of the system errors. Again, it happens. I was understanding. It took a while to get checked out and again, a while to get the trailer hooked up. The location was busy and understaffed. Again, no problem. I'm disappointed because we were a little late turning in the trailer (because of an accident that had standstill traffic) and we were charged an additional $47. I rent from U-Haul almost weekly, frequently the larger trucks. I can speak from experience when I say it really doesn't seem like pre and post preventative maintenance is being done in most of the vehicles. Power steering, brakes, AC issues all come to mind when regarding the majority of vehicles I've rented.Joseph W.

I will say that the seats have NO lumbar support at all making sitting in the chairs tough even after 3 hours of driving, let alone 3 days of driving. Our debit cards were swiped several times because the cashier said she was having problems. Each time she swiped our cards we were charged. We HAVE NOT received our money back. We've let management know and they give us the run around or promise the money will be returned and still NOTHING. The Truck worked out great but the unprofessional customer service and the unwilling to help has been a pain even with the transaction on our bank accounts right in black and white.Julian E.
The cargo van had a broken passenger mirror and many other internal damages. Luckily, U-Haul texted when I was about to leave to remind me to make note with the staff regarding the damage. The staff was friendly and it was easy to rent from here.ANDREW W.
