I reserved for pickup at 4:30 pm on July 03 at A-Tex Towing. I was told by a customer agent on phone that this location would be open until 5 pm. I reached the location at 4:35 pm. There was no one at the location and there was a “we will be back” sign. I realized that no one was going to return and help me check in. I was able to check in using the U haul app but it was definitely an inconvenience. I hope we will be communicated with the right location timings in the future.

Tyler GLots of U haul equipment in the lot and some of it broken. It is a tow yard so lots of activity. Friendly fast service on return when we arrived.
Chris HThe mileage was way off at the end. I did NOT drive 78 miles. I was overcharged. The pick up was overly complicated and terribly slow.
