Workers told me to just take the trailer and i didnt have anything tonfill out...then uhaul called acting like I stole the trailer and I had to fill out multiple forms. Very poor

Convenient location right off Rt 11 exit.
ROBERT FI've rented 5x8 trailers multiple times, the others had garage-type door, this one had a ramp. The ramp made it so you had to carry boxes into the trailer instead of reaching in the way you can without the idiotic ramp. The ramp has a high lip so it's hard to push a dolly up and the trailer is too small to pull it up. Carrying a heavy box while bent way over to avoid the low roof is very difficult and contraindicated if you like your back. I hit my head hard 3 or 4 times. My head looks as if I was beaten. Just a terrible design.
