The dealer was great the portal to return the truck in a timely manner is terrible. Hard to work with, and too time consuming. A person could be done w/ the check in truck w/in 5 minutes if uhaul would make the return truck more user friendly.

Disgusting. Required to drop rented trailer in a field with weeds about two feet tall.Employee unclean and soaking wet with sweat.I can not believe that this is used as a uhaul facility.

To make sure that were you supposed to pick up the truck is where it's at and make sure your truck is available and not run you all over town looking for your truck never run and then trying to charge you more money this time it was very bad experience very unhappy I never recommend the spot where you sent me the guy don't even know what he's doing
