I would say that the front counter worker should bring up whether I want coverage or not. Instead of just charging me $15. Then when I wanted the $15 refunded back he charged me again for the whole $159. That's over $300 I was charged and the only thing he said was I told you. He did not communicate that with me. My customer service experience was horrible.
