Clean the truck, especially the cab. It was dirty, obviously had not been swept out, and overwhelmingly smelled of either chewing tobacco or vaping - some sickly sweet smell - that was so bad I had to have the window rolled completely down every time I was in the truck so I could escape it a bit. The truck itself was pretty beat up. Overall, probably one of the worst rental experiences we’ve had, especially for the price.

The trailer has no brake fluid in reservoir. Had to fill it up several times during trip. Guy at pick-up location had no clue about anything. I told him it and showed him bone dry reservoir and he acted as if that was gonna be fine. Not a good experience!
