The rental truck 15 foot was very uncomfortable to drive, no leg room and the seats were hard as a rock, it also need curse control, the speed of the truck was hard to maintain, which wasted a lot of fuel

need to be sure your people like U-Haul. The person did not care for your company and made that quit clear.

The location and staff were great. When we used the automated system to return the truck after business hours, we were very frustrated to be charged an additional day usage fee when we only had the truck for about 8 hours.

We were given many different locations that were there then switched and then wasn't there to where our truck and trailer were. We ended up going out of town ourselves to get our truck. Then the c.card they put in was wrong and they had to call later saying oops we put in the wrong card. It was chaos. In the end, the manager made up for it.
