There was no gas in the truck and I got charge of more than hundred dollar for not feeling the gas. I called this branch right after I saw there is no gas in the truck but still I got hundred dollar extra charge for gas. I was told I can fill the gas by the station and I will get some discount in place of getting discount U-Haul charge me.$109 extra
Manish GThe location and the truck were fine but the instructions to fill out a key checkout form was very confusing as it appears I was on the correct screen. Also, with the previous customer leaving 1 mile in the tank, I nearly lost power trying to get to the gas station as I was not aware of the back entrance of the closest gas station so had to driver further to access. Could be useful to note how easy it is to drive straight at the stop sign. The radio volume button in the truck worked but very finicky. The checkout process came as a surprise for some reason but took up a lot more time than I had planned. Would also provide insight to the checkout process and offer a speedier one if willing to pay for it.
