Nicole SLocation told me that they had a secured parking lot for my car that was a lie, 2nd uhaul van was dirty,smells of Marijuana just like the office and both workers in the office, 3rd uhaul van had a halt tank of gas and picked up van at 8am return it 1015 and only went 4 miles from where I picked up the van charge 50.00 dollars . That' Location and when I call customer service and the representative got rude on the phone I just hung up and said uhaul never again
