I can't see the receipt properly
JEAN BThis comment does not pertain to the specific location but how U-Haul processed my reservation. I originally ordered a truck from a closer location that is a full-service U-Haul center. For some reason the reservation was switched to Baldwin location instead of Lynbrook, which was 10 minutes and 3 miles further away. Moreover, the Baldwin pickup location does not support anything other than truck access, so I had to go to the Lynbrook location to get the pads and other items I ordered. This created excess work for no benefit and was infuriating to me since the U-Haul center in Lynbrook has many, many trucks. My reservation was made 2 months in advance of my need date, so no reason for this poor management on U-Haul's part. I will consider other options in the future.
Stephen BThe rig had to be swept out and had a cracked windshield. When I reported the crack the clerk didn't know how to make note of it. I took a picture of it.
Peter BThe pickup was disgusting the 10” truck was super dirty inside I couldn’t do the move and put my expensive furniture inside. The truck smelled like they moved animal manure. It was so nasty inside this truck. Filthy and dirty.
