Steven LI reserved a truck in Eau Claire and found out two days before I was scheduled to pick up that they no longer have the truck and that I had to drive 45 minutes away to pick up another truck. They offered a discount so we agreed to the farther location. This location was at a residential goat farm. When we picked up the truck, it had a strong odor like goat poop and the truck was on empty. We had to immediately stop and put fuel in the truck. We got charged the full amount, even though they were giving us a discount due to us having to drive 45 minutes to get a truck. We did call the next day and we did finally given a $200 credit which still was not the price we were originally told it would be discounted. We have rented from U-Haul in the past and this is the first time we’ve had so many issues.

JAMES PGreat place close to home to drop off equipment, super convenient, just at somebody’s house with a lot of other stuff laying around. They do have a lot of U-Haul stuff there but not really any office or anything- you just do the business stuff outside.
