Person there was very friendly. Unfortunately the Farm location was muddy and overly crowded with U-Haul equipment. it was stated that equipment was in shortage at the Eau Claire Wisconsin location. I would have been agreeable to drop the equipment off there instead just to help out.

The driveway and the whole lots was completely muddy. Really needs lots of gravel. Not a dry spot to step on anywhere!
Ron HStood out in cold and wind to do paperwork. She started truck when we got there didn't clean snow off windshield, didn't go around truck with me looking for damage.whole place was very messy, truck had some mud spatter on outside. Standing in cold was worst part of experience.
