I showed up on time and the trailer I reserved was not ready. She was trying to repair the left taillight. Then she said she had another trailer same size but with a ramp. She asked if that would work, I said yes, assuming the cost would not change. Then she changed my reservation to the trailer with the ramp, and I had to pay more. I backed my truck up the ramp trailer, and the trailer light connector had wires cut so she had to repair them before I could take the trailer.
