Nothing bad.. a taillight bulb did go out.. no big deal.
Justin GThis was the absolute worse experience that I have had at Uhaul. I considered just leaving without the rental. The location is not safe. The staff at the store doesn't know how to process the rentals. Although I had reserved the truck I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to call someone to talk through the process.
LEON PWhile the employee was kind, it was clear she had never done the process before. She needed to call someone for help and complete the process through the phone which took nearly 30 minutes. As well, the amount they charged me was significantly more than what I had been quoted in my initial contract. They told me I would receive a credit but that has not happened. The area where I had to go is not the safest and many questionable people came in while we had to wait. As well, this was not the location I selected to pick up from which was a huge inconvenience.
Erin Kthis location had drug addicts who were actively using and customers with weapons in this deli store where we picked up the truck. Your company by having this location open is pretty people at risk of losing their lives. That is not an exaggeration. That is a fact. This is the worst location with management who does not care about the customer.. The paperwork we picked up the truck show the truck had half a gallon of gas. It was on E empty nada no gas and we struggle to make it a gas station before it died. The cargo area was filthy with broken glass, engine, oil, transmission, oil and what looked like runoff from a grill that was left. I physically had to get in the back of the truck and scrape it clean in order to put our items in the truck. We asked for this truck at the Glen Burnie location, but we had to go to Baltimore to pick up a truck. This experience is the worst I have ever had with a vendor that provides the service like you do. You really need to evaluate whether you want customers or not. Have any location like the one where we picked up our truck is absolutely ridiculous and should never be something that represents uhaul and I can tell you that I will share this experience with everyone I meet. I would like someone from your leadership branch of your organization to reach out to me, though I greatly doubt that will happen.
