It was kind of a confusing drop off, restaurant looked to be out of business but a bunch of uhauls were there. We called, the guy said to leave it, so we did. I think everything worked out okay?

There was no way I could have got the truck out if someone didn't happen to be leaving the restaurant to move the supply truck that was blocking the way.

Jingyi ZWorking with Steve was the only thing that saved this rental. I had a 10:00 am appointment. I arrived at 10:05 and the door was locked and no one was there. I called the phone # that I got in a text from U-Haul, 443-825-4122, and it is NOT A WORKING #. Steve arrived about 10:10 and was very personable and helpful. Thank you Steve.
