The office smelled of cigarette smoke, almost to the point that I couldn’t stand to be in there.
BENJAMIN COriginally wanted to pick up at a closer location, had to drive a half hour over to this run down garage, had to wait, stunk of cigarette smoke in the building. Worker was polite.
Kyler HU haul is terribly unorganized. The location was closed no keys for the truck and it was 40 minutes from where I reserved the truck for because they had none after I reserved it 2 weeks prior. If I could leave negative stars I would
