Truck was dirty and smelled like smoke, ashes on the floors and doors. Drivers front tire was bad and caked with tar and stone. Service truck too 3 hours to repair it.

No parking and shop smelled of smoke terribly couldn’t breathe. Though I have more of an issue with uhual than the shop. This was the second time I rented from a uhual on Sullivan trail and the second time that I received notice shortly before pickup time that the truck was not going to be available. Left to scrabble and find a new one. I contacted the uhaul number in the text that I received 15m before pickup saying it won’t be available. The lady was nice and found me a new one at another location, which was in opposite direction so I’m paying more mileage. She said I’d get $0.89 mileage due to inconvenience. I didn’t! I chatted uhual on their app and they couldn’t help me! I’m pissef and will never use them again.
