AC hardly worked at all, specially at the front vents. Truck was clean but had to wait for attendant to remove blankets and dolly.

LINDA SThe location that I was supposed to pick up my trailer at didn’t have one so they sent me 35 miles to another location once I got there and hooked up to the trailer found out that the trailer had a lock on it and no one had a key and they had no other trailer so I had to wait there two hours until someone came and cut the lock off I tried to get a refund and go to a different place but the guy said I already charge your card so I had to wait like I said two hours to get the lock cut off before I can leave on my journey back to Michigan. This is actually the worst experience I ever had a U-Haul. I am very dissatisfied and I spent over $1100 in my services was not pleasing to me
