They gave me the wrong keys. went in and provided the truck number for the truck that was out there (only one, the other was a model I think) And when I went to go to take pictures of the license plate, and the odometer said it didn’t match yada yada, my items weren’t already in the truck like it said on the app that it would. I had to pick them up from the store, which is fine, I guess. They didn’t provide a lock for the back hatch which could be troublesome. Especially if you leaving it out at night maybe they didn’t provide it because I knew I would bring it back five hours later either way it was just extremely unprofessional. But I got to my destination safely, fill up the gas that I used and returned it. Not to mention, the windows were covered in dirt and dust, and I had to clean them myself. The AC worked pretty good. Everything appeared to work inside the cabin. Needless to say I will not be returning here in case I need to move again.

The original reserved pickup location called to inform me they did not have the size I needed and sent me here. I had hoped for a 9 am pickup time but this location opened at 9:30 which was alright until it took much longer than anticipated. Got a 5x8 and the car used to pull the trailer was already completely set up to haul. The employee/owner still somehow took two hours start to finish (payment and a lot of disappearing in the store for unknown lengths of time??), was unprepared for our arrival, and was unable to connect the trailer successfully without serious help from the friend I took. My friend had pulled trailers before and was THANKFULLY able to lift the trailer onto the hitch, help connect the electrical, and when the lights didn’t work was also able to identify the issue. After all of that- while packing the trailer we noticed light coming in from the top where a hole was that hadn’t been fixed. We ended up patching it, and calling it a day at that point. Just a slow, unprofessional experience. Hoped to be done by 10/10:30 but got home at 11:30.

I didn't appreciate a day before.I was to picking up the trailer that Uhaul would call me and switch the location.The location that I booked was closer to my house not Banning, california. The problem wasn't the business that I picked it up at the problem was Uhaul overall Switching locations last minute
