We almost drive 14 km only and they charger 77.57$ first and returning after3 hrs they charge 11.51$ again.Totally disappointed!!!!! Very bad experience

Noticed some units looked like they were stuck in snow and ice. Please have rep inspect parking lot more often in winter months.

JOY II arrived a bit early but the check out process still took over 45 min. It was supposed to be contactless, even though I had followed all the steps and uploaded pics of drivers license-it wasn’t. Office was closed, had to wait for staff to arrive. Truck was surrounded in deep snow and the windshield and hood were deeply encrusted in snow. No snow brush in the truck. But the truck was good and didn’t have any problems with it. $50 rental is cheap but all the extras ended up being just over $108. We only drove the truck 18 km in total.
