The agent serving me was 10 mins late (store was to open at 8am, he slowly walked in at 8:10) and had a condescending attitude when I asked him to make sure he doesn't start the rental at 8am. Upon returning the trailer the next morning at 8am he didn't even show up. I had to call to ensure he completed the rental agreement, again he was very condescending when I asked him to ensure I was only charged for the 1 day rental (I had originally rented for 2 days but only needed 1 day). I was also concerned I had left the trailer in the lot without being locked, per his request.

A nice clean business center, with the equipment located in a shopping mal parking lot. There is a lot of room for this business to park a lot of equipment.
