When I when I arrived I was treated like I was from another planet or something and then I was looked after no friendliness they didn't check the trucks the trucks had no gas this is the worst you all experience I've had in my 50 years . I had to sweep the truck before I could put my stuff in it. I don't know if it's all the U-Hauls but I remember you Hall's as being very good but now I have a very different opinion thank you

MICHAEL KThe location is a joke. We had a booking, and when we came to pick up our reservation, the guy didn’t react to our request at all. He was busy with his phone and didn’t pay any attention whatsoever. Even though we were the only clients there, it took us an hour just to get the truck. On top of that, the office was dirty.
