Been here twice now and both times the location was closed during actual open hours.
ANDREA ZI recommend you have more than one attendant to process the clients first thing in the morning. I was fortunate to be second in a long line and still needed to wait 15 minutes for the client in front as they seemed to have a complex Rental. I was completed in less than 5 minutes. Finding the truck in the yard was a process - it's out there... was the comment. The return was very good without waiting. Still only one attendant on the site.
WAYNE HThe equipment was clean however I did not like the fact that I was not able to see how much kilometres I was using. There was a message on the screen the whole time that the rear tire need air. The engine light was on in the truck, so I was concerned that the truck might leave me at the side of the road. I ran the truck because it was $19 a day for the truck no free kilometres at all was given so it ended up costing me just under $400. Next time I would like to try other rental company.
