Staff called to advise Pick up Location was changed from original one booked. Location of actual office was difficult to find in bay field mall. . Staff was nice.

Way too expensive
JASON HThe worst uhaul location ever used! Need to be better customer service and not come across argumentative. Check your unit before releasing it to next customer and not mentioning “you are good to go no need to check”
MARCO ROffice was an outhouse, not an office. Equipment was in rough shape. Rented a car hauler. Fenders were damaged with sharpe edges, jack was missing its wheel, trailer connection was incomplete and had to be collected from another trailer, and one strap was torn and non functional. I had to return to my shop to gather straps. Upon return (3:00pm), premises was closed. Trailer left and photos taken.
