Poor service, charged me an extra day when returned. Reached out to owner 3 times still didn’t fix. Won’t recommend to anyone

I paid for renting a dolly but when I went to mobile pick up my u-haul there was not one there. The person I spoke with asked me if I “really needed it” because it was more work for him to get it for me. He refunded the rental cost. I could not open the back door from outside, the person said it was because it was cold and said to wait for the vehicle to warm up. It never opened from the back all day, I had to climb in the side to open it. I was called less than an hour after I left because my vehicle was not parked in the right spot, the person could have told me that in person when l was there. I will lot use this location again and would not recommend it
Marissa EStaff was rude and dishonest. Vehicle as more mileage than documented. Less gas than documented. Vehicle was dirty. Will never return here.
