They are never there and on pickup mine and another’s persons truck had dead batteries Totally unacceptable as a representative of U Haul , who are beyond reproach

The equipment was clean and maintained sufficiently well. BUT, on my way to walk to the truck that I was renting, I LITERALLY had to walk over numerous dirty needles. I was, sad to say, really disgusted. This is a massive health concern. I know it wasn't U-Haul that caused this mess, but given that it is on U-Haul's property, it does become U-Haul's responsibility to clean it up.
ILAN SI didn't receive my deposited back and extremely rude employee and unprofessional behavior over the phone. I returned the trailer back the same way I recieved it.
