It was fair Saturday 31 of Jan my appointment was at 10 am I was there at 10 a.m but I get out at 12 ..afternoon 2 hours wait to the truck freezing cold weather wait that is not fair must hire people to serve people Drop of location in barrie Toronto the location was full must bring the truck at the back of Canadian tire location Noone there to verify paper work and drop off the keys in the box ur done ...but no verification poor customer service

LEENA JBrutal experience as always with U-Haul. Ways to improve would be: 1. Have staff onsite for scheduled pickup time and during your advertised hours. 2.Have proper equipment in the truck. (I ordered and was charged for moving blankets but received none) 3.Online pickup process is time consuming and useless. The final step was to go into the building to get keys but staff weren’t there at 5:30 when they close at 6. I wouldn’t recommend U-Haul to my worst enemy, but they appear to have the moving truck market cornered so I guess they will continue to get business. All that’s left to say is good luck and a reminder to pack your patience for any rental experience with this company.
Jake GBuried in snow upon arrival (had not snowed recently) trailer next to it was nicely dugout, but the one i am assigned is sideways under snow. Had to clean it off myself the am expected to return it clean and proper. Then i get to the site for return and the guy makes me park the trailer myself within a two inch margin if error between two other trucks, in a location that does not have the capacity for all those vehicles and trailers. Absolute joke service, if I rented someone a trailer that thing is spotless, pointing 180 degrees straight ahead and on blocks ( not buried from the nose to neck in snow). Furthermore I would be parking the trailer myself or direct them to an actual parking spot not a cubby hole between two trucks. It shows a lack of care for both customer and equipment as the electrical hookups sit and decay in the snow. Overall subpar experience will be finding another renter after this experience, unfortunately first time uhaul user and was in a rush so had no time to shop around ahead of time. Will not make that mistake again.
