When we arrived at the location to drop off our truck, we could not get into the lot because it was unplowed and there was someone blocking the entrance. We talked to the man, and he had been waiting there for someone to get the truck he reserved. He had to move to let us in because the entrance was only one vehicle wide, and we had to park the truck in the middle of the lot because the trucks were disorganized. Since it was unplowed, we had to walk through high snow to get the required pictures, and to drop off the key. The man who was waiting was still there when we left later, waiting to get a truck. There were no employees on site even though we arrived before closing.

He told me I had to call the original location of pick up in order to get the dolly fee dropped as I didn’t get the dolly I ordered. The problem with calling the pick up location was that she doesn’t answer. Even the woman at the call centre tried calling her that morning while I was there and she didn’t answer.
LINDSAY BTruck was filthy, and had no windshield washer fluid. Also had low air in one tire when it was given to me.
