You charged me for extra miles. How am I supposed to deliver my load and then return the vehicle in the amount included? That’s absurd. Am I supposed to drive directly from uhaul pickup to uhaul delivery? Absolutely ridiculous.

CHARNJOT MThe address we picked to drop off was not where we were told to drop off. I called to let them know we were dropping off and asked where to park the trailer. I was told to try and get it as close to the other trailers. We pulled in and didn't see any trailers. I went into the office and was told the drop off was around the corner down another street. I would have appreciated knowing this before hand. Bad communication
