DEVIN MHave the office staffed. There was no staff present- there is a number on the door to call because no one is there. The staff that did answer my call told me that they had cancelled my reservation. It wasn't until I called the help centre that the office sent a staff member to deal with us. When the staff appear they did not prioritize our reservation. They indicated the uhaul website was down when I downloaded my license without any problem. They may not have adequate internet at the office. I have never had a service experience like this one. They also demanded I not call the help centre.

BRENDA SDid the self drop off. The location was in a muddy fenced area in the bush. The place looks like a car dump in the middle of the bush with garbage and weeds everywhere. At this time I am still waiting for my credit card to be credited for the missing supplies. Will never use Uhaul again.
