Carly SI had an 0800 hrs pick up. We showed up 0800 hrs and nobody was present to open the trailer/store. Called and nobody answered, waited 0805 hrs, called Uhaul and they said someone is on the way. 0822 hrs someone shows up with a hard accent! I told hom I was late and not impressed. I had to be up north at 1130 hrs and was 45 mins late because I got stock in more traffic. I should have been financially compensated for Uhaul tardiness and making me late up north which cost me money.
Craig HAbsolute terrible experience. My rental was delayed by over an hour because “someone with the same name as me rented a U-Haul in the past and there is an outstanding balance”. Stood in the store for over an hour while working with a customer service rep on the phone to get the issue resolved. The whole experience was terrible. I will never in my life rent from U-Haul again.
