Had moving blankets on my order. Showed up and was told no blankets available at this location. I was never notified ahead of time and the order was not canceled. The employee was on his cell phone the entire time texting and it was a really uncomfortable experience. The truck was also dirty inside the cab and inside the loading area. Would not use this location.

Rental shack is quite literally a shack, very unkept and dirty inside; dust, dirt, dead bugs everywhere. There's a couch right behind the check in desk.. I was not provided the moving blankets I ordered, and when I asked about them was told they might be available at another location, and that they are only provided for round trips; I picked the truck up and dropped it off at this same location, so to my knowledge, this is the definition of a round trip. These moving blankets were also removed from my original booking without me being notified or updated by phone/text/email. The pickup process took nearly an hour despite myself already completing the online check in process. I would not rent a U-Haul again, let alone from this location.

STANLEY PStraight forward, no hassle.
LAURENCE FWhen we arrived at the location to drop off our truck, we could not get into the lot because it was unplowed and there was someone blocking the entrance. We talked to the man, and he had been waiting there for someone to get the truck he reserved. He had to move to let us in because the entrance was only one vehicle wide, and we had to park the truck in the middle of the lot because the trucks were disorganized. Since it was unplowed, we had to walk through high snow to get the required pictures, and to drop off the key. The man who was waiting was still there when we left later, waiting to get a truck. There were no employees on site even though we arrived before closing.
