The returning location experience was good. My only complaint in entire process was the fact I had to drive over 30 miles to return the trailer to Bartlett. My journey was to Georgetown, Texas and would have thought there would be return facilities closer than Bartlett??

Manuel SMake sure that when you reserve you ask, WILL IT BE READY FOR ME TO GO? . I reserved one day for the next day. Read your contract. I did not clearly. I got my truck at 9:21a.m. was supposed to be at 8a.m. got there had to do EVERTHING ALL OVER AGAIN. Phone service didn't work well.. trucked wasn't gased. Overlook hadn't been done. We waited al.ost and hr. To get the truck. It's very hot. Went about an hr. Away. 1way. Because we were running late. We got back a bit late. HEAT PART OF THE DAY. They wanted me to unload and bring it back so they could get it ready for the next person. WELL IT WASNT READY FOR ME!! I WAS VERY pissed. Called the 1-800 CS # a lady granted me an extension til 9p.m... THANK YOU. Now I get a bill. Still owe 48 dollars. I was told if I didn't have it back by 6 that were going to charge me more. I paid almost 250.00 to rent something for only 8hrs. That's really messed up. Idk why mileage is charged. I had to pay 99cent a mile. And fill it back up.. that was a lot for me. ON disability, moving from a camper to apt. Finally.. got furniture for free. But pd 250 00 to go get it.. WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. IT WASN'T sent clean. French fries and crumbs in the front... never ever again.
Rosie SI was not able to pick up my truck at the location that I requested and the location that had my size truck did not have my appliance dollies that I ordered. The man helping me at the desk was really slow and caused me to be late and my movers got to my place before me.
