Katina DThe 20 foot truck I rented did not have cruise control
Joyce HI was overcharged for 14 days because the truck was not checked in when I returned it. The person that took the key said she would do it and we left thinking all was well until I received a call from U-Haul asking if I still have the truck. I said no. Then I got an email showing a bill for 15 days . Now I have to go through a dispute process. Not willing to do this again.
