I was called by the U Haul rep who promised me a rate of $150. because they could not accommodate my request. They requested that I drop off at the location that I picked up and I would not be charged for the return mileage The operator partner ignored the deal, billed me for entire amount of 199 and total mileage. He had made a comment when I picked up the vehicle that the guy at head office gave me a good deal. Well he didn't honor the deal.

The back of the center seat area (the part that folds down) was dirty and sticky). Otherwise the truck was clean and ready to use. The people at the pickup location were great!
