Fix the AC in the truck and fix the tiny alignment issue with the steering wheel. The ID numbed I was looking for that was supposed to be in the top right of the truck, was actually on the plastic covering of the gauge cluster. Make it very visible next time.

Both the Mgr and asst. were very helpful and accommodating . They listened and everything worked out. Moving stuff is a pain in the butt. It's nice when the business you're working with tries to smooth things out
I specifically requested the 24/7 no contact pick up for safety reasons. When I arrived, the van was parked in front of the building. The app directed me to a lock box in back which is not a short distance. When I got to the lock box it was empty. I went into the store and the owner informed me that “ I don't do that 24/7 thing if I'm openâ€.
I sure wish the nice man working there was wearing a mask to protect me from covid or at least warned me that he would not be.
Dropped trailer at 7pm on Saturday. Left message. No reply Sunday. Called early am on Monday, no call back or receipt. Called Tuesday pm requesting a call back looking for receipt. No call. Receipt finally received Tuesday afternoon.
Great customer service. Quick and friendly. Could not ask for much more.
It was a great experience
The drop off process with mobile check out was quick and relatively pain-less.
Had the equipment, nice guy.
Very easy to work with
Have worked with Batavia Parcel before. Always very helpful and great to work with!! Thanks!!
easy in and out rental.
I received clean working truck. The cable on the door was not working properly. We had to take pin out in order to close door. Trucks should be inspected (especially cables) to ensure they work properly. Moving is stressful enough.
Drop box for key return is not at entrance of Batavia Parcel...it's in the rear of building.
I did after hours drop off, so never saw the office or people. However, I had another problem that I think is corporate, not store, related. When picking up the trailer, that facility confirmed my drop location which is the one I was expecting that I initially selected. So I drove 6 hours, unloaded the trailer, then went to the drop site I had initially had in my reservation. I then dropped the trailer, then drove home to do my on-line check-in (not realizing I needed to be at the site to check-in; people should be pre-warned about that need). It was only then I noticed the drop location was different, and again, I was never informed. So I had to go to the first place, pick up the trailer and take it to the other one. Then the website refused to let me log in (Captcha locked up) so I could not check-in the trailer. I sent an email to the drop site letting them know of my problems and why the trailer was there. They quickly replied and and and checked it in themselves the next day. They were great. But the corporate system really needs some fixing. I sent an email to the corporate website and the email@example.com sent me a $50 certificate for future U-Haul use. However, there was nothing in that exchange that attempted to address the issues, just a simple apology.. Not very satisfying. Overall, very disappointed in the entire transaction, but not necessarily a problem with the local offices. They tried.
I was supposed to get a call on Sunday indicated where the truck would be available. The e-mail confirmation told me one place, but had to travel 35 minutes to pick up the truck at another location. The other location did not call because they closed at 3 on Sunday. Really poor coordination. Cost me over an hour of time on moving day.
Super friendly customer service. I was able to get right in and right out.
I went at the busy shipping time. This place doubles as a UPS? Fedex? shipping location. But Shawn was great. Very personable. Took care of all my needs and questions and was just as friendly the next day when I returned.
The team was busy when I arrived and I had to wait a long tike for service. Maybe have a self check out station for people that have completed on-line registration or hire another person.
Trailer was clean but had to duct tape the panel under the wheel cover to keep it from rubbing on the wheel.
Customer service was absurd, was charged for gas even though we filled the gas prior to dropping off. The owner was very rude when picking up the vehicle stating when we arrived 10 minutes as recommend he wasn't prepared yet or open. Would not recommend this location and didn't even try to make amends
Fix your customer phone support. I was put on hold for 25 minutes and they never returned. Plus I was on hold for about 10 minutes before I even got a person. Automated doesn't make it better for the customer. It just shows you don't really care about the customer.
Have more sizes of trailers available at your larger locations. We called the West Dundee location but we had to drive to Batavia to pick up the trailer. We live in Dundee.
Great help with loading and overall customer service.
The owner was supposed to open his store at 8am, which was also my planned pick up time. He finally opened up, with no apology for being extremely tardy, at around 8.35am. Unacceptable as it messed up my entire schedule for the rest of the day. The van itself was fine but the guy behind the counter, not so much. I'll take my business elsewhere next time.
