ADOLFO BThis location in Batavia were professional and eady to work with. I had to change the date I needed the truck rental and it was easily done with one phone call.

ADOLFO BIf you are looking for inexpensive rental with minor customer service, go to Batavia Parcel. Dan is very nice but will extend your check out time by 15 minutes because he can't stop telling stories, even after asking him to reduce irrelevant stories.
Steven HOnly improvement would be to check condition of locks on lockboxes and locks on truck equipment. Both were hard to open and needed lubrication.

THEY CHARGE DECEPTIVE CHARGES STATING THAT THE TRUCK WAS DIRTY WHEN IT WAS IN FACT BROUGHT BACK CLEAN. OWNER WAS UPSET BECAUSE I DIDN’T PUT A BUNCH OF MILES ON THE TRUCK SO THEY HAD TO CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING. VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS!
Jared MThe last minute pickup and drop off change (and the confusion caused) was handled poorly by Uhaul customer service (the location staff was fine) but the UHaul service was rude and difficult. Also my pickup was changed to a 4 hour rental even though that UHaul mistake was supposedly resolved by the rude service woman on Friday the 23rd... of course she DID NOT correct this and I had to deal with that mistake as well at pickup causing even more delays... in general if I was not in such a bad spot last minute, I would have walked out and gone to another company for my rental. I will be sharing my awful experience with family and friends urging them to go elsewhere.

AJ HThere was no one in the office when I arrived and another person was ahead of me and said he'd been waiting over 10 minutes. Maybe put up a sign that you will be back soon or something. When he finally got back inside he said he was out back cleaning out a truck, etc. I had also left 3 voice mails regarding our rental over 2 days and finally rec'd a call back. It's a one man show, I get it but still.
Scott BFill gas tanks up before rental. Mine only had a quarter tank when I picked it up and immediately had to go the the gas station. A better policy is to have customers fill up the tank before returning so the next person can start with a full tank

Jake ELower the price on the cost per mile.I paid $150 for the truck rental & $700+ on the mileage charge.I was shocked when I saw that bill.And,because of that issue alone I will not be a returning customer & will tell other people to be prepared.The trucks cup holder was broken & our drink fell on the floor & spilled & we immediately had to get gas because the tank was on empty.Everything got changed.We rented a15' truck but was switched to a 26'truck.We were told they were the same price of $30 a day.We were charged $50 per day.We also originally were to pick up the truck in West Chicago & that also was changed to Batavia.

ANITA Hthe before paper work takes too long and wastes 30min of your rental time. and uhaul should gas it up so customers dont have to worry about adding fuel which takes more of your time away.

Mary Dparts of the app did not work and I had to go into a location. Location services were great, but rather do all on the app.
Jeffrey BWindow was down on the driver's side and it had rained overnight so the seat was all wet. Also gas tank was at 42 miles until empty. After I found a towel to put down on the seat I drove straight to a gas station. Not the start to the rental I was hoping for.

BRIDGET CI was charged a 15 clean up fee. I didn’t even use the inside of the box trailer. I only used it for towing. Why was I charged for clean up?

Lauren OA couple of items. In very cold weather the back doors should be opened daily. It took us 30 minutes to get the door open as it was frozen shut. Secondly, we couldn’t see the mileage because the Check Airbag message was in its place. Thank you,
