This incredible rental experience actually started with the follow-up phone call I received after submitting my website inquiry, at which point, I actually made the reservation with a super-friendly representative who took the time to explain everything to me which put my mind at ease. U-Haul makes the rental process simple, transparent, and risk-free. The van that was rented to me was in great condition! It had been well taken care of and drove wonderfully! I ESPECIALLY APPRECIATED THE REARVIEW MIRROR BACKUP CAMERA -- ABSOLUTE GAMECHANGER!! The van was clean and had a full tank of gas! U-Haul helped me move to a new state without headache or hassle.
