I had told the man that the location was wrong (despite having the correct zip code) and he told me that “it would update”- it did not update and caused us to be scheduled to drop off our uhaul 30 minutes away from where we were . Otherwise, very nice.

I would call 20 min ahead of your pickup to imitigate any possible scheduling discrepancys between the app and vendor. As far as my experience. They conducted themselves as gentlemen. Got me in and out. Very professional. I really appreciate them working with me. And taking care of me.
