Lady working the desk when I picked up my truck was completely rude and combative for no reason! I was shocked at the way she was treating a customer right off the bat from me saying I had a reservation. She definitely should not be working in any type of job dealing with customer relations!

I registered on-line, so I would not have to wait. Answered all questions, photo of drivers license insurance, etc. Drove three hours to the location and had my registration receipt in my hand. I gave the young lady my name and she could not find my registration so I gave her my online registration. She kept staring at the computer and I asked if she found it and she said yes but she said there was an "ALERT" on it, No explanation, said she never saw one before and I could not understand why my detailed registration had an ALERT. She called her manager and answered his questions...was I a mover? I only was going 10 miles total and would have it for no more than 4 hours. When the ALERT worked out (no one ever told me what that meant), she asked me questions that I had already answered on my on-line registration such as: did I want Insurance (which I noted yes on registration form and it was listed in my invoice, how far was I driving, hoe long would I have it? etc. WHY did I take the time to do the on-line registration if I had to answer the exact same questions when I arrived. She seemed new to the job and if that is true, she received poor training. Truck served the purpose I needed, clean, nut I think the transmission is going out.

ADAM BWe had a problem locating the site. There were no signs at the main road to show that the site was located way down the driveway which was way down the driveway which could not be seen at road. Check out through the app because site was closed was a breeze.
DAVID CMake sure previous client cleaned vehicle after departure. There was rice in the back of the truck. Someone left cigarette buds in the door. And the floors were stained by something. There was no gas in the truck. I had to push back my reservation almost 3 hours because the vehicle was not available for pickup at my original scheduled time. While I was able to get through these inconveniences, someone else might not be able to. The vehicle did work perfectly fine and it helped speed up my moving process, but these various issues caused major delays on my plans today.
