Returned the truck and staff asked if the truck was returned with the trooper amount of gas and equipment that was rented. Did not go out to look at the truck. I received a call several hours later from the return staff saying the truck was beat up inside the cargo box and dirty. We hauled moving boxes and a small amount of wood furniture. Nothing had any impact on the cargo bow or was dirty. I took pictures of the outside of the truck when I rented it because it has several scrapes and dent. I guess I will need to do the same to the cargo box in the future. Not impressed with the customer I service on return. They were more interested in running their meat market than running a U-Haul business

MALIK ILocation did not have any of the reserved equipment
William SThis was an acceptable drop off- at a grocery market location. Regarding cleanliness- this was an outside lot so no interaction with the inside of the grocery store other than the clerk at the cash register. One of the people was very helpful in backing up the trailer for me in a tight place. I thought there would be more of a formality in dropping it off- no paperwork mentioned. "Just leave the trailer."
