Description/specifications of trailer should be reviewed and the customer service was absolutely terrible I will never be coming here again.!!!!

My original reservation got cancelled by someone at U-Haul. I got dropped down form a 26 foot to a 20 foot. I was told someone called to change the reservation. I was the only one with the information and I didn’t change it. They couldn’t find me a 26ft truck and I had to settle for a 20ft. I had to rent a storage room because i couldn’t fit everything in the 20ft. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Eric DThe people were nice and dropped was easy but u-haul changed my drop off without my consent to a location that was very inconveniently located for me. That would make me give pause to using U-Haul again.
