Truck only gets 3 miles to the gallon, maybe 4 - really should be better. Not the fault of the location, they are GREAT!!
TRACY BI arrived for my reserved truck rental on time, only to find the vehicle unavailable. Despite the $50 guarantee, I was talked down to a minor mileage reduction instead. I was then sent to a different location, where I waited an additional 30 minutes for staff to return from the yard. After wasting over an hour, my 3-hour rental was cut short, yet I was wrongly charged a cleaning fee for a truck I returned clean. Extremely disappointing service and unfair treatmen
