Truck only gets 3 miles to the gallon, maybe 4 - really should be better. Not the fault of the location, they are GREAT!!

I arrived for my reserved truck rental on time, only to find the vehicle unavailable. Despite the $50 guarantee, I was talked down to a minor mileage reduction instead. I was then sent to a different location, where I waited an additional 30 minutes for staff to return from the yard. After wasting over an hour, my 3-hour rental was cut short, yet I was wrongly charged a cleaning fee for a truck I returned clean. Extremely disappointing service and unfair treatmen
