Lady didn’t really know what equipment she had or next place for what I was looking for. Upon return she wasn’t there. Did return through on line as she wasn’t returning until 335pm and it was 3pm.

There’s no room to get off the street and you have to go in to get the gate open then go find a place to turn around to get back in the yard. It’s not to bad if you have a truck but a trailer is a problem Positive note, the staff was very professional
Jerry BThe location was a storage facility and the person was offsite when we arrived at probably like 3:00 or so Saturday the 6th. I called the number and they were to be gone for a while so we dropped the key thru the slot and left. (I did not and could not enter so whether the facility was clean and inviting I really couldn't say but your survey forces me to select an answer.) I was waiting for some kind of email receipt which was received today; it said I returned it today the 8th at noon, which is nearly 48 hours later that the actual day and time. We had till the 9th so it didn't cost me anything, but I do wonder why the delay.
