The location was not the issue, the process of getting keys via text was horrible, extremely frustrating with all the steps and waiting. Customer service was great, but I will never use your text/via phone process again.

Was taken back to an antique dealer. Ladies at the desk had no clue how to handle a return. Had to wait to call someone to do it online. Was charges for over mileage and still had no idea how much per mile.
