Rosanne WRented a truck with a dolly and everything went smooth from pickup to drop-off. The staff was friendly and got me taken care of, and they walked me out to the truck to go over everything after the contract. They were straight to the point, gave helpful tips, and really made the experience. He made sure I understood everything and checked that I had no questions before leaving the lot. The truck drove exactly how you’d expect, no issues at all. Overall, a very easy experience and will be a repeat if i need to move again anytime soon. Its intimidating, but the staff really helps with reassurance.
